I agree: If more people had a duck in their lives, maybe we wouldn't be all mad at each other! Just some duck trucker wisdom for this Monday morning.

Look what my Mom caught on videotape. I tried to convince her that the tape was a fake, but she wasn't buying it. She says that if I insist on sticking my face right into the camera, I should at least wear a ski mask or big sunglasses.

Hey Everybody, Bella's Mom here. We decided to set up this "sting operation" to see what Bella was up to while we went to the gym in the morning. If you can believe it, this is the edited version! Bella howled pitifully for 30 minutes before deciding to shred the bed pillows (which, unfortunately, was not caught on tape because the camera was full). Needless to say, some of her privileges have been revoked for awhile!
Hey everybody, hope your weekend was as fun as mine. Today, I went on a little hike around Battle Ground Lake in Washington. The scenery was OK but the best part was that Mom & Dad made roast-beef sandwiches and I scored a couple of slices. I love picnic lunches!!
The best part of the weekend, however, was going to Kelley Point Park with my boyfriend Norman. I haven't seen Norman in a while, even though he lives across the street, so it was fun to spend some quality time on the beach together. With Norm's support, I even waded into the water up to my ankles...Mom was flabbergasted! She said that I've made real progress in conquering my fear of the water. Still, whenever the ball went too far into the water I let Norman get it for me. He's a real gentleman that way.
Some of my dogs-with-blogs-buddies have been posting pictures of themselves as babies. I must say, my friends are all DARN CUTE! Here's a picture that is one of my Mom's favorites. She says that as soon as she saw it, she fell in love with me and I can see why. (Hey, Bella's Mom here....obviously Bella doesn't lack in self-esteem. But it's true that I fell in love with her in this picture. Who could resist that little nose?).
Chaya is a little black lab/pit bull mix who is one of my best friends at doggy daycare. We spend a lot of time playing and wrestling together. A few weeks ago, Chaya's Dad came to visit us. His name is Hamid and he is a very talented photographer (check out his other photos here). As he was taking my pictures, the other dogs kept teasing me by singing the "I'm Too Sexy" song:
I'm too sexy for my collar too sexy for my collar So sexy it hurts And I'm too sexy for Milan too sexy for Milan New York and Japan
I'm a model you know what I mean And I do my little turn on the catwalk Yeah on the catwalk on the catwalk yeah
OK, maybe I did strut my stuff a little bit....but the picture turned out great! Thanks, Hamid.
